ABOUT ME
I believe the world changes when a woman dares to truly see her own vision— and then has the ability to bring it to life in a structured, intentional way.
Over the past twenty years, I’ve walked the full path of international business development, community building, and women’s leadership.
I’ve built businesses, brands, and communities, and I’ve seen how ideas can grow into movements— or disappear when there is no structure behind them.
Today, my mission is to support women leaders who are here to create something meaningful—
who feel called to more and who are ready to turn their vision into projects, and their projects into real impact.

My role is not advisory.
Not a coach.
But a strategic thinker who is a few steps ahead of you,
and shows the opportunities, the dangers, the missing connections.
The essence of my work is to:
– see the true potential of your idea
– reveal the structure within
– build the project around it
– and support you in making decisions that save time, energy, and money.
As an Concept Designer, I help you not just bring your idea to life—but find the right form, the right flow, and the right system that creates real impact.
As a Strategyc partner, I build your project through:
– its energy
– its story
– its positioning
– its structure
– its business model
– and its long-term vision

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
I believe in depth, in personalized thinking, and in true leadership partnership.
I believe that women’s big ideas are not meant to settle for half-built plans.
These projects require care, strategic precision, and a way of building that is rich in depth and meaning.
That’s why I work with a selected number of women—
but with them, I go deep, in a structured, strategic partnership.
A vision becomes impact when someone designs the future behind it.
Strategy, business experience, and proven growth

I have been working in international business development and concept design for over 20 years.
One of the defining milestones of my career was the Profitness and Vitaland franchise, which grew to 57 locations over two decades.
The business also developed, manufactured, and distributed its own private label nutritional supplements.
Through conscious strategic building, we successfully exited the brand—giving me hands-on experience in scaling, increasing brand value, and the process of selling a company.
Following this, I spent three years in Dubai, where I gained insight into the real estate market from both an investor and strategic perspective.
More importantly, I absorbed an international mindset, the logic of rapid market entry, and how to position businesses in a global environment.
This period laid the foundation for the perspective I bring today when supporting projects preparing for international expansion.
Over the past 10+ years, under the umbrella of Feminakadémia, I have focused on launching, positioning, and scaling women-led brands.
More than 100 women-led businesses, brands, and projects have been created within this ecosystem—ranging from educational programs and services to events, communities, and business models.
